The lazy girls healthy Vegan Breakfast.
What you’ll need to make overnight oats.
- Oats (wheat-free ones are preferred if you have a sensitivity)
- Milk (Almond, Soy, rice)
- Preferred Fruit (frozen works well)
- Cinnamon (optional)
- Ginger (optional)
- And a container with a lid
- Put the oats in a container (one serve is about a cup)
- Add cinnamon and other flavours
- Cover Oats with the milk
- Add the fruit (if frozen now - if fresh in the morning)
- Stir
- Put the lid on and put in the fridge
