Why Having a Practice Matters More Than Having the Right Practice
I want to dismantle something the wellness industry has worked hard to construct: the belief that the practice you are doing is probably not quite the right one. Not evidence-based enough. Not the current best approach. Meditation is good, but have you tried breathwork? Breathwork is useful, but only at the right time of day. Yoga is lovely, but have you considered cold exposure?
