1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Contemplations app ("App"), developed and operated by Fai Mos ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We are based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
These Terms are in addition to any terms imposed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) through which you downloaded the App. In the case of any conflict, the App Store or Google Play terms take precedence in relation to the distribution of the App.
2. About the App
The Contemplations app provides:
Guided meditation sessions
Breathwork and mindfulness audio
Sleep and relaxation content
Affiliated content from the online studio at faimos.com (where applicable)
All content is for personal wellness and educational purposes only. The App does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
4. Account & Subscription
4.1 Account
If the App requires account creation, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
4.2 Subscription
