Fai Mos is a yoga and meditation teacher, writer, and space-holder. She is a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher, 110-hour Meditation and Mindfulness Facilitator, and Yin and Sound Medicine teacher. Her work is centred on helping women come back to themselves — through movement, breath, stillness, and sound.
