Sally is a yoga teacher and embodiment mentor passionate about bringing spirituality and science together in meaningful, embodied teachings that help people feel better through group programs and 1:1 mentoring.
Prior this, Sally worked as a commercial lawyer, struggled with anxiety, overwhelm and a general sense of disconnection and longing for something more. Through her own journey with chronic illness and burnout, Sally came to realise the importance of embodiment practice and nervous system regulation.
Sally now draws on years of devoted yoga practice and further study to guide others back to their bodies and gently unravel stress through trauma aware yoga, nervous system regulation, self-inquiry and spirituality.
