Turning 40: a love letter to the life I've lived and the one yet to come

There is something quite beautiful about taking stock of your life and finding that, even amongst the chaos, there is so much to be thankful for. Not because everything has been perfect. Far from it. But because all of it has become part of the story.Today I turn 40. And I'm arriving at this milestone not with certainty, but with 40 years of experience, a growing sense of what matters, and the willingness to take a few more risks than I used to allow myself.This one is a love letter. To the life I've lived, the lessons I'm still learning, and the woman I'm still becoming.
