The lazy girls healthy Vegan Breakfast.

What you’ll need to make overnight oats.

  • Oats (wheat-free ones are preferred if you have a sensitivity)
  • Milk (Almond, Soy, rice)
  • Preferred Fruit (frozen works well)
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Ginger (optional)
  • And a container with a lid

Steps:

  • Put the oats in a container (one serve is about a cup)
  • Add cinnamon and other flavours
  • Cover Oats with the milk
  • Add the fruit (if frozen now - if fresh in the morning)
  • Stir
  • Put the lid on and put in the fridge

In the morning the oats would have absorbed the milk, give it a stir and enjoy.
