Fai Mos

Fai is a yoga and meditation teacher, writer, and space holder whose work explores the intersection of lived wellness, stillness, and creativity. Through practices of movement, breath, and sound, she invites others to find spaciousness within and to reconnect with themselves in a grounded, sustainable way.

Her words and teachings are rooted in personal practice and experience, shaped by years of journaling, global travels, and a transition from corporate life into a path of inner exploration.
